EDUCATIONAL PROJECT
The Alfa Fundacion project is presented as an educational response within the framework of diversity that seeks to favor the full participation and development of the multiple capacities of talented students from low-income families so that they become excellent professionals at the service of society.
The final objective of Alfa Fundacion is the creation of future leaders through a comprehensive training program that accompanies students in three educational levels for 10 years:
- An extracurricular program in junior high school. In this program, the invited students attend the public school in which they are enrolled in the morning and the Alfa Fundacion extracurricular centers in the afternoon, where enrichment activities are carried out in four basic disciplines: Mathematics, Science, English and Spanish.
- A three-year high school program, validated by the SEP to extend official degrees, with high standards of academic quality in all disciplines and adapted to different levels and interests of students. The high school consists of students graduated from extracurricular centers with a high level of performance.
- Finally, the project offers a scholarship program to prestigious colleges for students graduating from the Alfa Fundacion high school.
To meet the objectives of this educational project, learning environments have been created that allow personalized attention to each student, with a curriculum adapted to their intellectual needs and with valuable resources such as laboratories, libraries and innovative technology. In its implementation, there are competent teachers in the discipline they teach and trained to meet the learning needs of talented students. There is a comprehensive wellness program that addresses the physical and emotional needs of students.
Alfa Fundacion hopes that its students successfully achieve their professional graduation and return to their community as entrepreneurial, creative and innovative professionals, and that they contribute to the development of their community and the country.
